Step-by-step to make paneer tikka masala:

Making Paneer Tikka Masala is not a fast recipe because it takes some time for you to marinate the paneer and fry it. Next, make the gravy. Next, cut the cube-sized 1 pc. capsicum and 1 pc. onion and separate the layers. Use a bowl for marinating paneer or veggies. To the mixing bowl, add whole items. 1 cup fresh curd, 1 ½ tbsp corn flour, ¼ tbsp ajwain, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tbsp cumin powder, ¼ tbsp black pepper, salt to taste, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch, ½ tbsp garam masala, ½ tbsp chaat masala, half a lemon’s juice, 1 tbsp kasuri methi, and 1 ½ tbsp oil. Give this a good mix. Some add paneer cubes, cut onion, and capsicum. Mix it well & marinate for 30 minutes.

Let’s make the gravy. Using a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter on a medium flame. Once hot, add ½ tbsp of cumin seeds, and then add 1 large chopped onion. Cook until it turns translucent, then add ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp. Cook until the raw smell goes away, then add red chili powder. 1 tbsp. coriander powder, 1 tbsp. turmeric powder, ½ tbsp salt as per taste, and tomato puree. Mix it well and cook on a high to low flame. A few minutes later, until the raw smell goes away, after this stage, add warm water as required. Mix it and bring it to a boil. Work the marinated paneer part. Use another pan to heat the high flame.

Add some oil or transfer the marinated batter and shallow fry it. Fry for 10 min, and these veggies will be removed from the pan. Tikka is done. Go to the gravy side; the gravy is boiled, then add fried paneer or veggies. Mix it well. After 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp kasturi methi, and chopped coriander leaves. Paneer tikka masala is ready. Serve it with roti, paratha, jeera rice, pulao, or butter naan as your choice.
